This device can be connected to any DC voltage systems of 48V and/or 60V.  The device offers options of adjustable limit voltages (disconnection  announcement, switch-on, switch-off, re-switch-on of contactors).  Accumulator battery in the system of nominal voltage of 48V can have 22, 23,  24 or 25 cells,  and in the system of 60V : 27, 28, 29, 30 or 31 cells. Device  characteristics are  constant at these conditions:

  •   ambient temperature +5°C to +40°C
  •   relative humidity of ambient 5% to 85%
  •   storage temperature -25°C to +55°C
  •   relative storage humidity 20% to 95%

DIGITAL CABLE ANALYZER

The device is designed for analyzing of up to 64 splices or interconnections   and splice breaks. The results of the measurements are shown on LCD display.   A suitable adapter is used for each set of cables, thus rendering the device   universal.

Maximum power of the device for which the output voltage remains sinusoidal  is 60W.
Maximum true power of the device is 70W.
Stability of output voltage is
±1%. For the whole range of input  voltage, load, device temperature and ambient, the output voltage is in the  interval of (29.7V   ... 30.3V).
The device is equipped with static bypass switch for consumer reactive power  compensation.
Minimal consumer power factor, under full load is Qm=0,6.

GENERATING HARMONIC OUTPUT VOLTAGE

Output voltage can be adjusted in the range of 100V to 300V.
Adjusting can be performed manually (by trimmer), or  with coupled  processor management. Nominal output power of the device is Pt=1500W.
Maximal true power of the device is 2000W. The device is designed so that  under maximal permissible load and least input voltage,
the maximal  temperature is not greater than ambient temperature for more than  dT=25°C.


DIGITAL CONTROL OF DC/DC CONVERTER

This device is designed for DC/DC converter management, and it provides  control with voltage and with current. Control with current is up to 100A of  output current, with resolution of 0.2A. Control with voltage is from 1 to 72V of  output voltage. For lower voltages (up to 7V), the resolution is 0.01V, and for  higher voltages, resolution is 0.1V. The device is equipped with sense wire for  battery set temperature measurement. The communication protocol  is RS 485  at the speed of 9600b/s. The device can work in single and   master/slave   configuration.


GALVANIC SYSTEM PROTECTION

The cabinet with galvanic separation transformer is used for protection of  equipment and facilities from overvoltage (atmospherical or malfunction  related) from the network side. The cabinets are produced in two versions - for  outdoor and indoor mounting, both are configured in accordance with  customer's requests. At the primary side, overvoltage varistors are mounted,  and at the secondary side arrestors.
